Department Receives Certificate of Occupancy for Fire Station 51
The City of Sunrise Beach granted a Certificate of Occupancy to the Sunrise Beach Fire Department / Llano County Emergency Services District #5 following an inspection of newly renovated Fire Station 51 on April 9th, 2026. The inspection confirmed that the renovated station follows the City’s Building, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Codes.
The flatwork outside the station (parking lots and driveways) has begun outside the station, so it will be several more weeks before the Department begins moving back into the station, but a major goal was reached today.
