Andy Spencer - Certified Emergency Services Commissioner!

Llano County ESD #5 Commissioner Andy Spencer became a Certified Emergency Services Commissioner by Texas State Association of Fire and Emergency Districts (SAFE-D) at their annual conference. “It goes above and beyond the statutory training requirements that a typical ESD commissioner has to meet,” said SAFE-D Executive Director Clay Avery. “It shows that an ESD commissioner has made extra effort to acquire the knowledge necessary to serve his or her community.” Kudos to Andy for the extra effort he has made for this award!
